Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for all Adonlife eyewear products. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unworn.

To return a product

Contact us at info@adonlife.com to request a return.
Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Ship the product back to us at the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used or damaged
Products that have been opened or tampered with
Products that are not in their original packaging
